March Peer Panel

Some call it “information literacy.” Others call it “de-mystifying the library.” Still others refer to “outreach” and other marketing oriented terminology. Whatever you call it, we asked the Peer Panel to suggest what they think works best in communicating to the constituents that the library:

•    Is really easy to use
•    Has staff that really like to help users discover what they are looking for
•    Exists to enrich their lives
