New Member Information
LYRASIS is a one-stop source for a full range of programs and services designed specifically to help your library serve patrons effectively and efficiently.

To help you get started now, here is a quick guide to LYRASIS membership.
Who are Your Contacts at LYRASIS?
Member Support is available Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm ET. You may contact Member Support by phone at 800.999.8558 x3900, by email at membersupport@lyrasis.org or by fax to 404.892.7879.
Your Customer Number
Each member is assigned a customer number, which will be emailed to you.
My LYRASIS
Your most important membership tool is your My LYRASIS Account. Your membership has been set up with a Deposit Account (identified as the “60” account) and an Open Invoice Account (identified as the “00” account) to pay for products and services, and your My LYRASIS Account provides access to both of these accounts as well as to other important account information.
My LYRASIS Account for Financial Reports
Login information for your My LYRASIS Account, with access to various financial reports, will be emailed to your library director. If other staff needs access, the library director can contact Member Support to assign these rights.
How Do You Order Products and Services?
Log into your My LYRASIS Account to view descriptions, pricing, and ordering instructions for products and services. Then add an order to your shopping cart or work with your Member Support Specialist to request a price quote and place an order.
How Do You Fund Your Deposit Account?
Your Deposit Account allows you to pay in advance for products and services. To fund your Deposit Account, complete and submit the Deposit Invoice Request form. An invoice in the amount that you request will be emailed to you.
How Do You Track Your Invoices and Payments?
Check out the My LYRASIS Member Instructions and FAQs, which explain how to use your My LYRASIS Account to track invoicing and payment details through your Deposit and Open Invoice Accounts.
Tax Exempt Status
If your library is tax exempt, please supply a copy of your tax exempt form on file to avoid invoicing errors. Fax to 404.592.4996.

What's the Latest News at LYRASIS?
Every other Tuesday afternoon, you will receive the member newsletter, LYRASIS News. Each issue contains important membership messages, member news, special events, product promotions and service offerings. We invite any staff member to subscribe.
Governance Rights and Responsibilities
As an Institutional Member, your library has one vote in governance matters brought to the LYRASIS membership.
