To volunteer to help an institution recover from a disaster, fill out the form below
so we can add you to our database of volunteers. If the need arises, we may contact
you for assistance after a disaster. Please note that filling out this form does
not constitute a commitment; we understand that one’s ability to volunteer at any
given time is based upon a variety of factors. Signing up on this list indicates
that you or your institution are willing to provide funds to travel to areas affected
by disasters. LYRASIS cannot guarantee travel support.
Institutions can also donate freezer space to institutions in need. Under contact
name, please list the institution name, and under type of assistance offered, type
"freezer space."
