PALINET acquires Library Leadership Network
 
I am pleased to announce that PALINET, a leading regional library network, acquired the Library Leadership Network (LLN), effective November 1.  As many of you know, LLN content was already syndicated into the popular PALINET Leadership Network (PLN).  As part of this acquisition, LLN content will be fully integrated into PLN, including Leaders Digest and the LLN Peer Panel.
 
Leslie Dillon, current editor of LLN Leaders Digest, will join PALINET as Contributing Editor to PLN. Walt Crawford will continue at the helm as Editorial Director of this valuable resource for current and emerging library leaders.
 
It is wonderful that the valuable resources we have accumulated together over the last three years will have a permanent home in this new service. Complementing this content with the interactivity of the PALINET service will bring it to life in new ways. I will continue to be involved with the publication, assisting Editorial Director Walt Crawford in integrating the two services.
